This Privacy Policy applies to business.withrovrr.com (the “Platform”) and covers how Rovrr (“Rovrr,” “we,” “us”) collects and uses information from companies and individuals using our hiring platform (“Business Users,” “you”).

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account & Company Information

• Company name, website, industry, size, and logo
• Team member names, emails, job titles, and roles/permissions
• Billing details, processed via our payment partners (see Section 7)

1.2 Role & Hiring Data

• Job postings, matching requirements, and custom Ayla configuration
• Company context documents you upload (culture notes, hiring standards, training materials)

1.3 Candidate Data You Access

Matched candidate profiles from our Seeker network, including resumes, contact details, and Ayla evaluation reports — visible up to your plan's limits. This data is subject to the usage restrictions in Section 3.

1.4 Ayla Usage Data

Session configurations, transcripts, and AI-generated reports for interviews you initiate. Where you enable Enterprise custom Ayla training, this also includes data you provide about your organization's past successful hires, used solely to refine Ayla's evaluation criteria for your account.

1.5 Automatic & Payment Data

• IP address, device/browser information, usage patterns, and cookies
• Payment data processed via Razorpay (India) or Stripe (international markets) — we store transaction records only, not card or bank details

2. How We Use This Information

• Operate your dashboard, match candidates to your roles, and run Ayla interviews
• Process subscriptions, invoices, and add-on purchases
• Send transactional emails/WhatsApp (candidate alerts, renewals, reports)
• Improve our matching and AI evaluation systems
• Provide support, enforce our Terms of Service, and meet legal obligations

3. Candidate Data — Your Responsibilities

When a candidate matches your role, you receive their profile and (if applicable) Ayla evaluation report. By accessing this data, you agree to:

• Use it only to evaluate that candidate for the role they applied to
• Not share, sell, or repurpose candidate data for any other use
• Comply with applicable employment and data protection laws when making hiring decisions
• Not retain candidate data longer than necessary for your hiring process

Candidates have consented to their profile being shared with employers whose roles match their preferences, up to your plan's profile limit.

4. Ayla — AI Interview Data

Ayla sessions you configure or initiate are recorded and transcribed to generate evaluation reports. We use this data to generate the report delivered to you, and to improve our AI models (anonymized/aggregated where feasible). If you are on Enterprise with custom Ayla training enabled, your uploaded data is used only to refine Ayla's evaluation criteria for your account — it is not shared with other companies.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data.

We share it only with:

• Service providers (cloud hosting, AI/voice providers, email/WhatsApp providers, Razorpay, Stripe) under data processing agreements
• Legal authorities, if required by law
• A successor entity, in case of merger or acquisition

6. Data Retention

• Account data: retained while your subscription is active, plus a reasonable period after for accounting/legal purposes
• Ayla recordings/transcripts: retained for 12 months, then deleted or anonymized unless under active dispute
• Invoices: retained per applicable tax law in your billing jurisdiction

You can request deletion of your account data at any time via business@withrovrr.com, subject to legal retention requirements.

7. Payments

Payments are processed via Razorpay (for India-billed accounts) or Stripe (for international accounts), depending on your registered billing region. We do not store full card or bank details.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction — including under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India), and applicable data protection law in your billing region — you may access, correct, or request deletion of your data, and withdraw consent for processing where applicable. 9. Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and regular security reviews. No system is entirely secure — we will notify you of any breach affecting your data as required by applicable law.

10. International Data Transfers

As a multi-region platform, your data may be processed in jurisdictions other than your own by our infrastructure and service providers. We take reasonable steps to ensure such providers maintain data protection standards consistent with this Policy and applicable law, including the use of appropriate contractual safeguards for cross-border transfers.

11. Changes

We may update this Policy. Material changes will be notified via email or dashboard notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
