These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of business.withrovrr.com (the “Platform”) by your company and its authorized users (“Business User,” “you”), and constitute a commercial agreement between you and Rovrr (“Rovrr,” “we,” “us”).

BY CREATING AN ACCOUNT ON BEHALF OF YOUR ORGANIZATION, YOU REPRESENT THAT YOU HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO BIND THAT ORGANIZATION TO THESE TERMS, AND YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THEM, INCLUDING THE PAYMENT, REFUND, AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROVISIONS SET OUT HEREIN.

1. The Platform

Rovrr provides a dashboard to post job roles and receive AI-matched candidate profiles from our Seeker network (withrovrr.com), an AI voice interview system (“Ayla”) that screens candidates and generates evaluation reports, and hiring analytics, team collaboration tools, and related features per your selected plan.

Rovrr does not make hiring decisions. Ayla's evaluations are advisory only. You are solely responsible for all hiring decisions and for compliance with applicable employment and anti-discrimination laws in your jurisdiction.

2. Plans, Billing, and Payment

2.1 Structure

Role Pack plans are sold on a 90-day access basis — not monthly. Each plan defines: active roles, matched profiles per role, free Ayla sessions included, team seats, and feature access, as shown on our Pricing page at the time of purchase, in the currency applicable to your billing region.

2.2 Add-Ons

Additional Ayla session packs, Priority Listings, and the Urgent Hire service may be purchased separately at the prices shown on our Pricing page for your billing region.

2.3 Promotional Offers

Offers such as Early Adopter pricing or upgrade discounts are subject to the eligibility, validity, and spot-limit terms stated at the time of the offer. “Locked for life” pricing applies to renewals of that specific plan for as long as your subscription remains active and uninterrupted, subject to Rovrr's right to adjust this benefit with reasonable prior notice in the event of a significant change to our underlying cost structure.

2.4 Payment Processing

Payments are processed via Razorpay (India-billed accounts) or Stripe (international accounts), depending on your registered billing region. You agree to comply with the applicable payment processor's terms and conditions. All prices exclude applicable taxes (including GST, VAT, or sales tax as applicable in your billing jurisdiction), added at checkout.

3. Refunds and Cancellations

This Section sets out the complete refund framework applicable to all purchases on the Platform. Please also refer to our standalone Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

3.1 General Principle

Rovrr's refund framework distinguishes between (a) Rovrr's failure to deliver a committed service, which may give rise to a refund, and (b) ordinary business outcomes — such as the volume, quality, or result of candidates sourced, or an employer's decision not to proceed with a hire — which do not give rise to a refund, as these are inherent business risks of the hiring process and not a defect in the Platform's performance.

3.2 Refundable Circumstances

• Role Pack: where Ayla or the core matching service fails to operate due to a verified, platform-side fault, for a period materially affecting your ability to use the service during your billing cycle, Rovrr will, at its discretion, issue a prorated credit or refund for the affected period
• Urgent Hire: where Rovrr fails to perform the committed screening and reporting process within the stated timeframe — that is, Rovrr did not undertake or complete the screening process — the Urgent Hire fee shall be refunded in full
• Priority Listing: where Rovrr fails to apply the priority placement as configured, a refund or credit shall be issued for the affected period
• Billing errors, including duplicate charges or incorrect amounts

3.3 Non-Refundable Circumstances

Ayla Session Packs are non-refundable once purchased. Sessions do not expire within the applicable plan period and are redeemable at your discretion; their non-use does not constitute a service failure.

• Any portion of a Role Pack billing cycle that has been accessed or used in the ordinary course
• Dissatisfaction with the volume, quality, or hiring outcome of candidates sourced, where Ayla and the matching engine functioned as configured
• Urgent Hire, where the screening and reporting process was completed by Rovrr, regardless of whether you proceeded to hire any candidate. Rovrr's commitment under Urgent Hire is to complete the screening and deliver candidate reports within the stated timeframe — it is not a guarantee of candidate availability, candidate quality, or a successful hire
• Early Adopter or other promotional discounts, once applied to a purchase

3.4 How to Request a Refund

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to business@withrovrr.com, with your account details, invoice reference, and a description of the issue. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and aim to resolve it within 15 business days. Where approved, refunds are processed via the original payment method and may take up to 45 days to reflect, depending on your payment processor and bank.

4. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

1. If you have any dispute concerning a payment made on the Platform, you agree to first raise the matter with our support team at business@withrovrr.com, and to afford us a reasonable opportunity — not less than fifteen (15) business days — to investigate and resolve it, before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank, card issuer, or payment processor.
2. Where a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated without first following the process above, and is later found to be without merit, Rovrr reserves the right to suspend your account pending resolution, to contest the chargeback through the applicable payment processor's standard dispute mechanism, and to recover reasonable costs directly attributable to defending an unfounded dispute.
3. Nothing in this Section limits any right you may have under applicable law, including consumer protection or payment card network rules, to raise a dispute directly with your bank or card issuer. This Section sets out a preferred first step for resolution and does not restrict your underlying right to dispute a charge.

5. Acceptable Use

• Post discriminatory or unlawful job requirements
• Misrepresent your company or role details
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or extract data via automated means
• Share, sell, or repurpose candidate data beyond evaluating them for the applied role
• Circumvent plan limits, including via multiple accounts
• Disrupt Platform integrity, including via malware or unauthorized access attempts

Violations may result in suspension or termination without refund, save as set out in Section 3.

6. Candidate Matching — No Guarantees

Rovrr's AI matching is based on available profile data at the time of matching. We do not guarantee that matched candidates are available, interested, or suitable, a specific number of applications, interviews, or hires, or the accuracy of information provided by candidates. You must independently verify candidate identity, qualifications, and right-to-work before hiring.

7. Your Content & Data

You retain ownership of content you upload (role descriptions, company materials, custom Ayla configurations). You grant Rovrr a license to use this content to operate and improve the Platform, including AI model improvement, in anonymized or aggregated form where feasible. Candidate data accessed through the Platform remains subject to the usage restrictions in our Privacy Policy — you do not “own” candidate data; you hold a license to use it for the specific hiring purpose for which it was disclosed.

8. Intellectual Property

The Platform, its design, software, and AI models are owned by Rovrr. You may not copy, resell, or sublicense any part of it.

9. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” ROVRR DOES NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. AI-GENERATED CONTENT, INCLUDING AYLA REPORTS, MAY CONTAIN INACCURACIES AND SHOULD BE TREATED AS ONE INPUT AMONG SEVERAL IN YOUR HIRING PROCESS — NOT A SOLE BASIS FOR EMPLOYMENT DECISIONS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROVRR IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR THE COST OF A POOR HIRING OUTCOME) ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM. ROVRR'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 90 DAYS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. This does not limit liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law in your jurisdiction.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Rovrr against claims arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms or applicable law, or hiring decisions or actions taken based on data obtained through the Platform.

12. Termination

You may close your account at any time via settings or by contacting business@withrovrr.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms, legal requirements, or extended inactivity. Sections 3, 4, 7, 9, 10, and 13 survive termination.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

For Business Users billed in India, these Terms are governed by the laws of India, with disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at [City], India. For Business Users billed outside India, these Terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction to be specified per billing region], without prejudice to any mandatory consumer or commercial protections applicable in your local jurisdiction that cannot be contractually waived.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms with at least 7 days' notice via email or dashboard notice for material changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

16. Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy, and any plan-specific terms communicated at purchase, constitute the entire agreement between you and Rovrr. Standard severability, no-waiver, and assignment provisions apply. Rovrr is not liable for delays or failures resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including third-party AI, voice, or infrastructure provider outages.
